My Fair Lady

Music and Lyrics by Alan Jay Lerner
Book by Frederick Loewe
Performed under permission from
Tams-Witmark Music Library, Inc

One of the most famous of all Broadway musicals, My Fair Lady, returned to Hamilton Theatre Inc. to help us celebrate our 50th anniversay! The musical adaptation of George Bernard Shaw's play 'Pygmalion' is, like HTI, also celebrating its 50th year. It tells the story of Henry Higgins who, to win a bet, transforms a cockney flower girl into a refined lady.

Featuring those wonderful songs: Wouldn't It Be Loverly?, With a Little Bit of Luck, The Rain in Spain, I Could Have Danced All Night, Get Me to the Church on Time and I've Grown Accustomed to Her Face, it's no wonder everyone, not just Henry Higgins, falls in love with Eliza Doolittle.
